How to TEXT a Guy - The 5 Digital Love Languages

To find out what your Digital Love Language is, take this quick assessment and then we will hop on a live call to talk about the results.

If you don’t know your digital love language the man you want will overlook you.

In today’s world, we still tend to think that the only option for creating real connection is IRL (in real life).

If you don’t know your digital love language (DLL) and the DLL of the man you want, you will keep me meeting men who are not on your level, unavailable or undesirable.

Today, we are going to tell you exactly what to avoid in digital communication so you don’t miss out on the kind of man you want.

We all have a love language.

This is the way that we feel most supported, cared for, and thought about.

Gary Chapman wrote a well-known book about the five love languages.

Here they are as a reminder...

1) Words of Affirmation
2) Acts of Service
3) Receiving Gifts
4) Quality Time
5) Physical Touch

Most of us have an idea of what our IRL love languages are.
There is one huge problem with that.

We spend a ton of time communicating digitally both professionally and personally.

Today, each one of us is juggling 5 million things at once.
We have become the experts in multi-tasking.

Every time we log into anything online, we are immediately distracted by cute videos of fuzzy animals, highlight reels from our friends lives, ads for skin cream, and all sorts of news pop ups.

The kind of man you want is vying for your attention through all of these distractions and you are doing the same.

When you are dating, a huge percentage of conversation now happens by digital communication-texts, instant messaging apps, etc.

The brutal truth is that in order to be successful today in dating AND your eventual relationship, we have to learn to communicate digitally.

There is just no way to avoid it.

Digital communication is the present and the future.

If you don’t know your digital love language and aren’t learning a man’s DLL, your relationships will end (usually sooner than later)

Here are the 5 digital love languages:

1) Response time
2) Initiation of messages
3) Frequency of messages
4) Length of message/thoughtfulness
5) Types of messages (passionate texting)

If you are texting too much, demanding an immediate response, or sending boring messages, things will likely fizzle out now or in the future with the person you are dating.

You will know that there is a problem with your DLL if you have lots of conversations that don’t ever lead to a first date.

If you aren’t communicating in his DLL, he may seem interested at first and then ghost suddenly.

Knowing your digital love language AND the digital love language of your partner will lead you to STOP being ghosted, wasting time, and missing out on the kind of love you deserve.

To find out what your DLL is, take this quick assessment and then we will hop on a live call to talk about the results.
