How to Set GOALS - How to Achieve BIG GOALS.
We usually only set goals based on what we have accomplished in the past.
Our brains tell us that we can’t have what we want.
All the other people in our lives usually also tell us that we can’t have what we want.
As an ambitious person, living small makes us feel like we are failing.
It makes us feel like we’re not achieving our real goals.
Sometimes we are not setting goals at all, we are setting small anemic goals, or we are setting unreasonable goals but we aren’t ever achieving them.
You know there is more out there for you, but you aren’t sure what to do to make it happen.
Step number one is to set unreasonable goals because that is what pushes you through inevitable challenges.
You have to think big, feel forward, and act small.
Set unreasonable goals.
Focus on the feeling you will have when you achieve those goals.
Take daily actions to get you moving towards those goals.
Usually, when clients some to us, they are struggling with one or all of these things.
Maybe they haven’t let themselves set unreasonable goals.
Maybe they have unreasonable goals and are taking small actions, but they are feeling doubtful or fearful.
No matter where you are at, the first step is to set an unreasonable goal NOW.
