Hi we're Dr. Michael Arn & Dr. Ashley Arn.

We've spent the last 16+ years building online coaching businesses & helping people transform their lives and we wouldn't want to be doing anything else.

We didn't start out with all this in mind.

In our 20's, all we KNEW was what we didn't like.

We didn't like being told what to do. We despised having someone else being in charge of us, our work schedule, where we had to live or work, how much money we made, how we did our work or who we did our work with. 

We also knew we didn't want an "average" life. 

We didn't want an average career, body, marriage, friendships, family life or average pleasures. We didn't want to sleepwalk through life simply going through the motions until we retired. 

We knew without a doubt the average path wasn't for us. We wanted more. 

Our solution at the time was to work on ourselves so much that we were people capable of escaping these things. We still do this today.

Our next solution was to go find out what some of the smartest people in the world were doing about these things, so we got our doctorates in Psychology.

We learned a lot along the way about ourselves, about people and about human Psychology.

We opened a brick and mortar therapy practice in southern California AND started an online coaching business at the same time. 

We don't recommend doing these two things at once, especially when you know nothing about either business :)

We made a lot of mistakes. Money was tight when starting. We didn't know if we could make it all work.

But we did. Through grit, perseverance, constant trial and error, and a little luck, both businesses started to flourish, and we were earning 7 figures as online coaches.

Withing a few years we were helping thousands of people transform their lives and become the best versions of themselves.

We helped people find love and create lasting relationships. We helped people create more happiness in their lives.

While helping people with their personal lives, we noticed that many people felt something was missing in their work life.

Most people feel overworked, overstressed & underpaid. They get almost no positive meaning or purpose from their work. They definitely don't love what they do.

They're collecting a paycheck and counting down the years or decades until retirement and that's it.

The more we looked into people's work lives, the worse it got. We found out that...

** 70% of people are living paycheck to paycheck.

** A majority of people work long grueling hours doing things they don't like.

** Many people have commutes to work cutting into their personal time. They have very little flexibility in when they work and how they work. They miss their kids games, recitals and big moments due to work commitments.

** 72% of people are struggling to balance family and work.

** 89% of people feel like they don’t have enough time to get it all done.

** 77% of people who work full-time have experienced burnout at their jobs.

This was a shock to us, because we LOVED our work.

As online coaches, we got to help people transform their lives while creating the exact lifestyle we wanted.

We didn't work long hours. We didn't commute. We didn't feel stressed or burned out.

We were not only passionate about the work we did with our clients, but we were able to spend unlimited time together as a family.

We go to all our son's sports games and events.

We go on dates during the day when everyone else is working.

We can go golfing, grab a drink with friends or take a leisurely walk anytime we want.

We became passionate about helping people break free from all the common work problems and become online coaches.

For the right people, being an online coach is the perfect career.

For years now, we've taught people our Crucial Habits Coaching Method to become a highly skilled and highly effective online coach and to help others transform their lives.

But we found one other big work problem.

Even if someone was a skilled coach, they weren't able to build an online coaching business.
